Poems

"Pelagagi celebrates ancestry through the sense of smell, the scents, seasonings, perfumes, spices: the mint of childhood, the night-blooming jasmine, bread, olive oil, wine and, why not say, the rhizomatic blood that haunts the girl who inhabits the woman, who shelters the mother."

Prose

“Andréa had an idea in her head, but her text isn't about that. It's about the knots of humanity. It's not about her imagination on how to untie them. It's only about suggesting, and letting the humanity within each of us foster an encounter with all of humanity.”

Children's and youth

“I like stories about encounters. I like stories that take place in everyday life. I love being able to tell a story that depends on rain without making a storm! And perhaps what I like most about this work is that the story doesn't end there inside the book, when the text ends.”

I want to talk about the small things, the minutiae, the invisible, when I'm in the world of literature.
